Collections & Comissions

Gwen Norton’s work has been exhibited in solo, two-person, and group shows in the United States and abroad, and is included in several public and private collections. Her practice has also been supported through commissions, awards, and residencies.

Her images are held in the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital Permanent Art Collection, the Stanford Health Care Collection, the Foundation for Art and Preservation in Embassies (FAPE), and several notable private collections. Two of her works have been accessioned into the Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Georgia.

In 2022, Gwen was commissioned by FAPE to create an edition of twelve platinum-palladium prints and also has a pigment print that was acquired by The Honorable Ronald S. Lauder and Mrs. Jo Carole Lauder and gifted to the collection. In 2023, she was again commissioned by FAPE to produce fourteen platinum-palladium prints, formally presented on October 23, 2023, the prints were presented to the Secretary of State at the Department of State for placement in United States embassies worldwide.
